About Us

About Our Theatre

The R.E.M. Lee Theatre is Terrace, British Columbia's  largest performing arts venue. It is owned and operated by the Coast Mountain School District 82.

Opened in 1975, it is an ideal stage for professional and amateur theatre, recitals, concerts, forums and business events.  

A Variety of Events

The R.E.M. Lee Theatre hosts a wide variety of performances throughout the year, from professional productions of dance, theatre and music, to local school and community performances.   


Annually over 70% of the Performances that happen at the R. E. M. Lee Theatre are Community Based productions and of those 90% are local groups who bring live local entertainment to our stage.
